Cortex Screw

Our veterinary cortex screws are engineered for optimal performance across a wide range of surgical applications. Available in both stainless steel and titanium, these screws are durable and resistant to corrosion, making them well-suited for long-term orthopedic use in animals.

The screws are available in diameters ranging from 1.5 mm to 4.5 mm, and lengths from 6 mm to 70 mm, accommodating various bone sizes and surgical requirements. We offer both standard cortex screws and self-tapping cortex screws

Standard Stainless Steel Cortex Screws: Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, these screws provide robust strength and stability, essential for procedures that demand reliable fixation capable of withstanding the dynamic stresses of animal movements.

Self-Tapping Cortex Screws in Stainless Steel and Titanium: These self-tapping screws, available in both stainless steel and titanium, feature a sharp cutting tip that allows for direct insertion into bone, eliminating the need for pre-drilled holes. This simplifies the surgical procedure and reduces operation time. The titanium screws are particularly advantageous due to their lighter weight and greater biocompatibility, which minimizes the risk of allergic reactions and supports faster healing.

Each type of screw is meticulously designed to meet the rigorous demands of veterinary orthopedics, ensuring superior performance and optimal surgical outcomes.
